To friends and readers (and friendly readers): I have been negligent in my duties as blogmaster in not responding to comments and emails in a timely fashion. My excuses are vast and varied and...irrelevant. So, I just want to take a minute to apologize and let you know that, though neglected, you are not unappreciated or forgotten.
